Most furniture is knocked down, flat-packed that requires customer assembly. Tools, parts, and assembly manuals are all given.
Self-assembly is not hard, except for sideboards and cabinets that might take more effort.

The minimal order for other states (outside KL, Selangor & Penang) is RM800. We currently do not have delivery services for orders less than RM800.

For delivery time, it is strictly based on our truck's schedule. After an order, we will reach out via WhatsApp text to inform you an accurate delivery time. You will receive your order in 1 - 3 weeks, depending on the area.

If you placed your order but the goods had already been shipped out by us;

Return products within 7 days after delivery.

Packaging for returns should be as good as the original packaging.

Return shipping should be arranged and paid by customers.

We charge a restocking fee of 18% of the price you paid for the item.

Refunded Amount = Paid Price - Delivery Fee - Restocking Fee (18% of Paid Price).

Refund is not applicable for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
